Abstract一种6-[18F]氟-L-多巴的制备方法,先由K2CO3,K22218F-F与6-硝基藜芦醛在微波条件,即500W-100W下反应1-2分钟,得到反应产物2-氟[18F]-4,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛;该产物再与二碘硅烷室温下反应,其反应产物用自制小硅胶柱进行分离纯化,得产物2-氟[18F]-4,5-二甲氧基碘甲苯,该产物再与N-(二苯亚甲基)氨基乙酸异丁酯、CsOH·H2O、溴化O-烯丙基-N-(9)-蒽甲基辛可尼丁铵在5-35℃条件下反应得到产物N-(二苯亚甲基)-2-(2′-氟[18F]-4′,5′-二甲氧基苯甲基)-氨基乙酸异丁酯;该产物再与HI在微波条件,即500W-1000W下反应5-10分钟,即得最终产物。这样可使反应时间由文献报道的90分钟缩短至65-70分钟,平均放化产率15.6%,简化了步骤,易于操作,有利于实现自动化生产。
