Abstract一种X射线微探针的激光定位装置,是将一束激 光经过45°倾斜镜子反射以后,与透过该反射镜的初级X射线 束一起穿过准直器的通孔,再沿相同光束线方向射到样品的表 面。由于穿过该通孔的激光微束和X射线微束处于同一光束线, 可见的激光点能够指示出不可见的X射线微束的位置。一台显 微镜,经过另一面45°倾斜的镜子,能够以X射线和激光相同的 视角观察样品表面,从而精确地测定X射线微束轰击在样品上 的位置。
