Abstract本发明公开了一种大孔径聚醚砜膜的制备方法,其包括下列步骤:①按重量百分比计,将9~15%、特性粘度为0.4~0.6的聚醚砜,5~10%添加剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于75~86%的有机溶剂中,充分混合均匀配成铸膜液;②将步骤①制得的铸膜液流涎至无纺布支撑体上,刮膜厚度为0.20~0.35毫米,成膜速度为1.5~4.5米/分;③将刮有铸膜液的无纺布进行常规凝胶水浴成膜。所制得的聚醚砜膜具有0.05~0.35μm的大孔径,可作为膜生物反应器的滤膜,兼具产水量大和过滤稳定性好的优点。
