Abstract本实验利用TDPAC方法;通过30MeVα粒子束(2μA)引起的~(109)Ag(α;2n)~(111)In核反应产生的~(111)In离子;研究了~(111)In离子在Ag中反冲引起的重离子辐射损伤. 实验结果表明在α粒子剂量率4.2×10~(12)cm~(-2)s~(-1)情况下;即使在室温环境中;仍引起明显的重离子辐射损伤.这些损伤破坏了Ag立方晶体结构的对称性而产生一个高达10~(18)V/cm~2的电场梯度作用于~(111)Cd探针核.并说明其是双空位或空位环俘获~(111)Cd的结果.实验还进行了激光退火效应的研究;指出其与真空热退火相比的优越性.
