Abstract<正> ~3H-精氨酸是用于研究分子生物学、遗传工程学的重要氨基酸之一。自六十年代中期以来;国外学者采用化学合成法和催化氚-氢交换法制得了~3H-精氨酸。我们采用催化氚水交换法制得了~3H-L-精氨酸;放射性比度为778mCi/mmol(28.8GBq/mmol);放化纯度为96%;其实验步骤如下。
