Abstract<正> ~3H-标记化合物的制备、贮存和使用过程中需要测量放化纯度;而纸层析是迄今为止普遍采用的分离分析方法之一。由于~3H是软β发射体;在层析纸上的~3H样品大部分均被层析纸片所吸收。任何有窗的探测器其效率都非常低;甚至无法使用。国外对~3H类标记化合物的层析测量主要用液体闪烁探测器;或者用无窗流气正比计数器扫描。为了克服~3H-标记化合物层析样品测量的困难;使层析纸上~3H-标记化合物的分布
