14MeV中子缓发X射线分析

Abstract<正> 14MeV快中子活化分析已在矿样、地质、考古和生物等样品的分析工作中获得了广泛的应用。一般来说;在10~9n/cm~2·s通量的条件下;14MeV快中子活化分析的测量灵敏度可达0.1~1mg。但是快中子引起的γ谱;包括基体引起的在内;一般都比较复杂;而且有些生成核能级的辽电子俘获或内转换系数又特别大;由此发射的特征X射线数目比γ跃迁发射的γ射线数目大很多;即X/γ的值很大。对于这些核素;我们可测量它的缓发X射线谱;它比γ谱清晰得多;预计分辨能力也会更好些。
