Abstract<正> DL-[4-~3H]-苯丙氨酸是生物化学、遗传工程等广为使用的氚标记化合物之一。以前大都采用N-乙酰胺基肉桂酸的催化氚化来制备。此方法工艺流程长、操作复杂。为此;我们采用了催化卤-氚交换法来制备DL-[4-~3H]-苯丙氨酸;并获得了成功。比放射性为16.6Ci/mmol;产品经三种溶剂系统纸层析和放射性扫描测定放化纯度均在95%以上。
