ERD和PAS研究微量硼对搪瓷钢捕氢的影响

Abstract用弹性反冲探测(ERD)和正电子湮没寿命谱(PAS)测量了含硼和不含硼钢的充氢曲线和释氢曲线.结果表明含硼钢充氢速率比不含硼钢大4倍多;前者充氢以缺陷捕获氢为主;而后者充氢以溶解氢为主.220℃释氢时不含硼钢中的释氢速率比含硼钢大约3倍;同时220℃释氢使含硼钢中的氢峰向表面移动了25nm;而不含硼钢约移动50─90nm.表明微量硼能阻止热释氢向搪瓷层/钢界面扩散和积聚;从而防止可能产生的鳞爆现象.
