Abstract<正> Fe-Si-Al合金具有优异的磁性能;已知它是一种在冷却过程中含有有序-无序转变的材料;当Fe_3Si_(1-x)Al_x的原子化学配比变化时出现两种有序结构:B_2型和DO_3型;如x<0.5;则转变顺序为α-DO_3型;它的临界转变温度为1050℃;有序度与热处理温度关系甚大。为了观察该合金空位对有序过程的影响;材料经高温固溶处理后在临界转变温度下于不同温度淬火;然后测湮没辐射多普勒展宽谱。
