Abstract<正>UF_4在核燃料中居主要地位;需严格控制产品中的杂质含量。文献报导可用中子活化;质谱、光谱法等。本文选用近年来发展较快的萃取色层分离法进行U基体的分离;将UF_4试样转化成硝酸铀酰溶液后;经过聚三氟氯乙烯-磷酸三丁酯(F_3-TBP)色层柱萃取色层分离除去溶液中的全部U基体;用5N硝酸淋洗色层柱;采用ICP-AES法对流出液进行分析。进行各种条件试验;选择最佳操作参数;作了元素间干扰校正;并用标准参考物质(SRM)作对照。
