Abstract<正> 早在1951年;H.Thomas在Ni-Cr等合金中观察到;在进行热处理后于较低的温度范围内合金出现硬度、电阻率等增大的现象;他把此现象归因子固溶体中的一种特殊的组织状态——K状态的形成;我们在Ni_(75)Cr_(15)Fe_(10)上也观察到类似的硬度增大现象。 本文用多普勒展宽方法估测了冷轧样品中的位错密度与空位浓度。同时;通过测量正电子寿命与谱线形状参数随退火温度的变化;考察K状态的形成对正电子湮灭的影响。
