Abstract本实验给大鼠一次静脉注射~(14)4C-甲基苄基亚硝胺(~(14)C-NMBzA;2.5mg/kg)后3~4小时处死;用高效液相色谱仪及液体闪烁计数器分离和测定大鼠食道等组织的DNA烷基化程度。结果发现饮乌龙茶和茉莉花茶2~3周的大鼠;食道上皮细胞DNA中的O~6-甲基鸟嘌呤(O~6-meG)含量呈不同程度的下降;为茶叶防癌作用机理的探讨提供了依据。
