电子束引发二乙烯基醚阳离子聚合机理的初步研究

Abstract应用10MeV电子脉冲辐解研究了二乙烯基醚(DVE-3)-铁盐(IRGACURE261)体系的阳离子聚合的瞬态过程。辐解后瞬间(0.1~80μ在380nm处出现一个明显的倒峰;而相应的三缩二乙二醇二丙烯酸脂(TEGDA)-铁盐体系经辐解在380um处未出现明显变化;这表明富电子云双键的乙烯基醚类单体能与铁盐络合。经电子束辐照分解形成阳离子而引发聚合;丙烯酸酯则不易经过这一途径形成阳离子聚合。在氮气或在空气或在氧气饱和情况下;乙烯基醚(DVE-3)-铁盐体系经脉冲辐解在380nm处的瞬态吸收值逐渐变小。这表明氧分子能与阳离子结合形成过氧阳离子继而引发聚合。
