Abstract<正> 自从直线电子枪、环型电子枪;特别是偏转电子枪使用以来;对金属和介质的蒸发;一般都可以使用这类仪器加以解决。电阻加热法;因具有结构简单、操作方便、投资少等优点;至今仍然广泛地应用于低熔点金属或介质的真空蒸发;对于高熔点的金属和介质;国内外大多数有关科技工作者主张不用电阻加热法来制备自支撑硼靶。但是;我们充分利用了硼的蒸发特性;通过实践;使用电阻加热法制成了自支撑硼靶;为自支撑硼靶的制备增添了一种方法。
