Abstract<正> 非晶态合金的结构及结晶机制;是许多科技工作者感兴趣的课题。H.S.chen和s.Y.Chuang从冷轧、电子辐照和退火处理等不同方面用正电子湮灭技术研究过非晶态合金;结论是:无定形合金中只含有可忽略的类空位缺陷;局部原子可能重新排列;形成原子团;排除微晶无序结构的可能性。M.Doyama等测量了无定型合金Ni_(0.79)P_(0.21)和Co_(0.81)P_(0.19)的角关联;他们提出:无定形合金是一种过冷均匀液态。S.Tanigawa等人研究了正电子湮灭特性随样品处理温度变化的动态过程;给出无定形合金Pd-Si;Ni-P晶化过程的五个阶段。
