Abstract<正> C~(14)标記的醇类及卤代烷是合成C~(14)标記化合物的重要中間体;一般均由C~(14)标記的羧酸制备。麦耳推尔(D.B.Melville)等[’1用亚路酸铜作催化剂在常压、16。℃氢化还原甲酸一C14一甲醋制得甲醇一Cl‘.但用同样的催化剂还原乙酸乙醋需在一定压力下进行[2].也有报导将甲酸或乙酸制成编(镍)盐[恒eoo玉ed(Ni):(eH3eoo)Zed(Ni)]推用亚路酸铜作催化剂加压还原制得Cl毛标昆的甲醇或乙醇[
