Abstract<正> 嘧啶苯芥(合520);化学名5-{对-[双-(β-氯乙基)氨基]苯氧基}尿嘧啶;是我院与有关单位协作创制成功的抗肿瘤新药。临床用于慢性粒细胞性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌和睾丸肿瘤等多种癌症。作者等合成了嘧啶苯芥2-~(14)C(Ⅰ);供研究该药在体内的吸收;分布、排泄和代谢动力学等;为临床合理用药提供资料。嘧啶苯芥2-~(14)C 的合成;基本采用作者原报道的方法进行;但作了部分改进。对乙酰
