碳层包裹的铁纳米颗粒的研究

Abstract在氦和Fe(CO)2气氛中;用接触电弧法可产生奥氏体、马氏体和渗碳体等大量的铁碳相小颗粒;它们被多层石墨层包裹着;层间距为3.5A;颗粒尺寸在10-20nm左右。它们显示了异常的磁矫顽力和德拜温度。在碳棒间的烟灰中还发现了充铁的石墨管。
