Abstract长周期X射线驻波是最近几年发展起来的一门新技术;可作为凝固相或液相样品中金属原子层的空间纵深结构探针。当代的同步辐射长周期X射线驻波技术的纵深空间探测范围可达~100nm;空间分辨率可达~0.1nm;灵敏度可达~1012Aom/cm2;可用于蛋白质等生物大分子与底物的相互作用和功能结构、带电表面与电解液的界面结构等领域的研究。
