Abstract上海深紫外自由电子激光装置(SDUV-FEL)真空联锁保护系统基于EPICS系统框架,通过可编程控制器实现了对不同运行模式下真空系统的有效保护。同时,通过嵌入式系统构成的IOC控制器及网络通讯模块,实现了对装置真空状态的远程实时监控。系统已在级联HGHG FEL实验中使用,运行结果证明了系统的高稳定性和可靠性。
