氨基功能化磁性FeO(OH)纳米棒的制备研究

Abstract在获得表面修饰氨基官能团的磁纳米棒,为进一步偶联生物分子制备出磁生物双靶向纳米药物奠定基础。以部分氧化法制备了磁性FeO(OH)纳米棒,并在保持原有形貌的基础上对其进行硅胶包覆和氨基功能化,从而获得功能化磁纳米药物载体。磁纳米棒的形貌特征、晶体结构、磁性质和表面基团分别通过TEM(SAED)、XRD、VSM和FTIR进行表征。结果表明,具有软磁性的正交晶系单晶FeO(OH)纳米棒直径介于30~70nm间,平均长径比为37,硅胶包覆层厚度为45nm;在FeO(OH)纳米棒外面包覆上硅胶后,除矫顽力变化不明显外,其饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度均有所下降;3380~3200cm-1(ν-NH,伸缩振动)和1650~1510cm-1(δ-NH,变形振动)分别是—NH2的两个特征红外吸收带,说明磁性FeO(OH)纳米棒表面具有氨基官能团。
