Abstract聚合酶链反应目前已成为分子生物学领域的一个重要诊断工具,此技术使得基因组学和分子生物学的研究发生了革命性的变化。其实验条件的优化也被生物工程领域看作一个重要问题。本文回顾了基于动力学模型的计算方法开展PCR过程模拟研究的进展,PRC模拟研究有助于准确快速地获得PCR最优实验条件,对指导实验过程和PRC机理研究,有一定指导意义。
