Abstract由于PTFE具有极强的不粘性,为了进一步研究PTFE的应用,改善其不粘性,采用有氧预辐照的方法对PTFE微粉进行预处理,之后在PTFE表面上接枝苯乙烯单体。红外分析表明,苯乙烯成功接枝在PTFE表面上。用TG分析方法根据样品的失重率对接枝率进行了初步分析;此外,在氧气条件下将样品燃烧,用氟离子选择电极测氟含量的方法精确测量了接枝反应后样品的接枝率。在反应温度为60℃、苯乙烯体积分数为20%时,可获得最大接枝率42.2%。
