Abstract介绍了上海质子治疗装置高频低电平系统中扫频配置和PI反馈控制算法。通过编写Verilog HDL代码对AD9858芯片进行配置,实现了直接数字频率合成和频率扫描的功能,设计了PI算法以保证高频腔腔压幅度和相位的高精度和高稳定性。
