Abstract上海深紫外自由电子激光实验装置(SDUV-FEL)光学系统控制基于EPICS系统框架,通过其各种软硬组件实现了对光路控制,光束品质测量等功能。改进措施从Basler CCD探测器集成出发,绘制了新的OPI,设计了步进电机串口网络控制系统。这些工作将进一步地提高光学系统的简洁性和集成度,使其更加稳定,易于操作并且便于维护。
