Abstract为研究Fe-Ga合金微结构对磁致伸缩效应的影响,测量了Fe85Ga15合金铸态和不同甩速下制备的薄带的相结构、局域结构和磁致伸缩性能。X射线衍射结果表明合金铸态保持无序的BCC结构,在甩带样品以及退火态样品中都探测到了修正的DO3相。X射线衍射和扩展X射线吸收精细结构谱的结果共同说明Ga原子沿着[100]方向次近邻分布。1000℃退火态样品中析出的少量DO3相使磁致伸缩系数降低。较大的甩速使得合金中产生较多的修正的DO3相,从而提高了样品的磁致伸缩系数。
