AbstractGraphene oxide (GO) was dispersed in an ethylenediamine (EDA) aqueous solution and then irradiated by gamma-ray under the protection of nitrogen gas at room temperature. Reduction and modification effects were confirmed. The reduced and modified GO (RMGO) was characterized by ultra-violet visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffract meter (XRD) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA).
