AbstractCarbon nanotubes / magnesium oxysulfates (MOS) nanocomposite was prepared under different hydrothermal conditions. The samples were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and TG. The results showed that carbon nanotubes and the magnesium oxysulfates could form nanocomposite under the hydrothermal reaction and the morphology of the MOS compound coated on the carbon nanotubes varied with different reaction conditions.
