Abstract | Possibility of pyrophaeophorbide-a to be a kind of photoactivated pesticide was presented. Its photoactivated mechanism was studied by use of time-resolved laser flash photolysis and spin trapped EPR technique. It is found that Type II path (singlet oxygen) exists. And the interaction between singlet oxygen and three kinds of biological molecules (DNA, linoleic acid and L-tryptophan) was also studied. |
