Abstract评估了粒径小于3nm的TiO2在滴注剂量为0.01mg/只、0.1mg/只和1mg/只条件下对小鼠肺部造成的损伤。小鼠肺灌洗液生化指标和病理切片的结果表明,粒径小于3nm的TiO2对肺部造成的损伤呈剂量依赖性。与微米级TiO2相比,粒径小于3nm的TiO2在较低滴注剂量时就会造成小鼠肺部"超载";在滴注剂量相似时,比大粒径的纳米级TiO2(>10nm)更易逃脱巨噬细胞监视,进入肺泡间质,刺激肺泡上皮Ⅱ型细胞增殖。
